1. Customized Products

All our products are made based on customer requirements. Therefore:

• Customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• We only accept exchanges or replacements if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos or videos as proof via WhatsApp or email.
• After verification, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only applicable for eligible cases (damage or error).
• The replacement process may take 5–7 working days depending on product type.

4. No Return / No Refund Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Minor color variations due to screen differences
• Customized products as per customer instructions

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• In case of approved exchanges, Sanim Creations will bear the shipping cost.
